Ireland
The Emerald Isle, as Ireland is known, offers visitors a mixture
of fun (or'craic'), culture and beautiful rural and coastal
scenery. Don't expect scorching heat and guaranteed sunshine!
With a warm welcome awaiting you, there are two gateway ports
used by Eurolines services to the Republic of Ireland - Dublin Port
and Rosslare Harbour, in the South-East of the country. Services
also operate to Northern Ireland via the port of Belfast. There are
direct daily services through all three gateways from London's
Victoria Coach station, which is used as the principal feeder point
for Eurolines passengers travelling from continental Europe to
Ireland.
Dublin
The capital of the Irish Republic is a modern city with the feel
of a large town. There is lots to see and do and plenty of places
to relax and enjoy yourself afterwards.
With evergreen attractions like the National Museum, Trinity
College, Grafton St, Croke Park and St. Stephen's Green, as well as
world-renowned nightlife, architecture, history and so much more,
you'd be forgiven for never setting foot outside Dublin City.
Cork
Set in a beautiful area at the mouth of the River Lee on
Ireland's mild south coast, the atmosphere in the city is relaxed,
lively and the locals always have plenty to talk about. With a
history going back almost 900 years, Cork has an interesting story
to tell. Outside of the city, you will find the largest county in
Ireland, which Corkonians claim is also the most varied and
beautiful in the country.
Other Destinations
See the famous destinations of Galway, Westport and Donegal on
the wild and wonderful West and North-West Atlantic coast or travel
to the beautiful South-West to wonder at Killarney, Tralee and the
Ring of Kerry.
