selling, dispatching through the post or at the starting

onboard our coaches which are clearly identified as being a partner

- To choose stops which can easily be identified, easy to get to,
and permit you to wait in comfortable and secure conditions.
- To do all our best to respect the published time tables despite
all inevitable problems linked to road transport.
- To let you take advantage of the most recent developments
concerning comfort on board our coaches (adapted means of
signalling, seat spacing, toilets, air-conditioning, onboard audio
visual and latest legislation regarding the wearing of seat
belts).
- To have you transported by fully professional drivers who
listen attentively to your needs and have all necessary equipment
to ensure you a comfortable journey (telephone, info cassettes,
sales documents, city maps, and so on).
- To transport your luggage in a secure way (e.g. preliminary
identification, help with loading and unloading - providing
items are not oversized).
- To inform you about the possible connections necessary to
enable you a comfortable journey.
- To handle within a reasonable time all technical problems which
